GATORS HOLD STRONG AT WARING

The Gators traveled to Waring this past Thursday for another successful meet on a tough course. Brimmer and May placed four runners in the top ten, lead by tri-captain Kyle Anderson ’15, tri-captain Raymond Ma ’13, Houghton Yonge ’14, and Ryan Coughlin ’14. Andrew Melton ’15 placed twelfth overall and fifth for the team which finished out the scoring for Brimmer and May. Olivia Thorsgaard ’18 was the top female finisher, placing 19th overall. Tri-captain Kurt Slichenmyer ’14 had a strong finish placing seventeenth overall. Other strong finishes from Evan Palmer ’15, who placed 33rd, and Alex Pan ’16, finished 38th.

This week the team will travel to Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall on Wednesday, October 3, at 4:00 p.m. for their fourth meet of the season.
