Week of August 14
Continue backfilling and start removing sidewalk and curb. Installation of ramp/sidewalk/flatwork/interior stairs. Continue installing millwork on 2nd floor then the 1st floor. Start installing of 2nd floor windows, vestibule, glass railing. Ongoing rough mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and sprinkler work. Kitchen Equipment Final Connections. Paint walls, beams, door frames. Continue ceiling installation on 1st and 2nd floor. Continue grinding/sealing concrete floors 1st Floor.
 
Week of August 7

Week of July 31
Continue excavation/installation of underground utilities. Installation of footings/retaining walls/ramp/sidewalk. Start installing railings/stair stringers. Start installing millwork on 2nd floor then the 1st floor. Ongoing rough mechanical, electrical, pumping, carpentry, and sprinkler work. Paint walls, beams, door frames. Continue ceiling installation on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen equipment delivery/install/finishes. Continue grinding/ sealing concrete floors

Week of July 24
Continue installation of underground utilities. Installation of footings/ retaining walls/ ramp/ sidewalk. Ongoing rough carpentry, mechanical, electrical, pumping, and sprinkler work. Continue grinding/ prep for concrete floors.
 
Week of July 17
Continue demo/excavation of existing front entrance. Continue installation of underground utilities. Installation of footings/ retaining walls/ ramp/ sidewalk. Continue installation of sheetrock on 1st floor. Finish installing interior windows on 2nd floor. Install alum. sill extensions for 2nd floor windows. Ongoing rough carpentry, mechanical, electrical, pumping, and sprinkler work. Paint 2nd floor walls, and 1st floor beams. Start ceiling installation on 2nd floor. Continue grinding/ prep for concrete floors
 
Week of July 10
Continue installation of underground utilities. Framing in the existing café for offices. Install phase 4 steel. Continue rough carpentry work (OKO siding). Interior windows on 2nd floor (Measure/Install). Ongoing rough mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and pump work. Demo 2nd floor slab. Paint 2nd floor walls. Start grinding/ prep for concrete floors.
 
Week of July 3
Continue demo/excavation of existing front entrance. Framing in the existing café for offices. Install phase 4 steel. Interior windows on 2nd floor (Measure/Install). Ongoing rough carpentry, mechanical, electrical, pump, and sprinkler work. Demo 2nd floor slab. Paint 2nd floor walls. Start grinding/ prep for concrete floors. Install Common Room Wheel Chair Lift. Installation of hood/cooler.

Week of July 1
Continue installation of underground utilities. Start grinding/ prep of concrete floors. Install phase 4 steel. Installation of footings/ retaining walls/ ramp/ sidewalk. Framing for offices. Interior windows on 2nd floor (Measure/Install).

Week of June 19

Start demo/excavation of the existing front entrance. Continue installation of sheetrock on the second floor. Install first floor exterior windows. Ongoing rough mechanical, plumbing, & electrical work. Start demolition of existing kitchen/ lobby/offices. Start to prime/paint exposed deck.

Week of June 12

Start demo/excavation of the existing front entrance. Continue installation of sheetrock on the second floor. Install first floor exterior windows. Ongoing rough mechanical, plumbing, & electrical work. Start demolition of existing kitchen/ lobby/offices.

Week of June 5 
Finish excavating/ paving maintenance walkway. Verify/coordinate steel second floor/kitchen. Finish up miscellaneous interior framing. Continue installation of sheet rock. Window installation ongoing. Ongoing rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Ongoing second floor sprinkler rough work and install exterior fire connection.

Week of May 29
Finishing up miscellaneous interior framing. Continue installation of sheet rock on the second floor. Start rough carpentry work. Window installation ongoing. Ongoing rough mechanical work. Rough Electrical ongoing. Ongoing rough plumbing work. Demo 2nd floor slab and 1st-floor exterior wall. Start second floor rough work and install exterior fire connection.

Week of May 22

Finishing  interior framing. Start installation of sheetrock on the second floor. Start rough carpentry work. Ongoing rough mechanical work. Ongoing work of rough electrical on the second floor. Ongoing rough pumping work. Installation of spray foam on W-2 wall type.

Week of May 15
Ongoing underground utility work. Finish interior framing. OKO Siding System installation. Complete roof. 2nd floor window installation. HVAC rough on-going. Electrical rough. Rough plumbing on 2nd floor.

Week of May 8
Demo and make safe student and faculty lounge. Start rough carpentry work. Roof installation. Start rough mechanical work. Continue installation of new panels outside electric room.

Week of May 1 
Ongoing underground utility work. Install precast drainage structures. Prep for slab on grade. Demo and make safe student and faculty lounge. Concrete slab on grade placement ongoing. Installation of interior metal partitions and blocking. Roof installation. Install AVB and rubber membrane around windows. Installation of roof drain pipe, and tie into new system. Continue installation of new panels outside electric room. 

Week of April 24
Place architectural stem walls/panel. Load material and start roof. Start rough mechanical work. Continue inside existing school.

Week of April 17

Ongoing underground utility work. Install precast drainage structures. Prep for slab on grade. Concrete slab placement ongoing. Place architectural stem walls/panel. Installation of exterior metal framing and blocking. Installation of interior metal partitions. Load material and start roof. Start rough mechanical work. Continue inside existing school. Installation of roof drain pipe and tie into new.

Week of April 10
Ongoing underground utility work. Install precast drainage structures. Concrete slab placement ongoing. Place architectural stem walls. Installation of exterior metal framing and installation of interior metal partitions. Continue rough electric work inside existing School.

Week of April 3 
Continue exterior metal framing. Ongoing investigation of work inside existing building. Weather pending: concrete placement.

Week of March 27

Continue ongoing underground utility work. Finish up steel details, decking, welding, etc. Start exterior metal framing. Establish temporary power for new building addition. Installation of roof drain. Weather pending concrete placement.
 
Week of March 13
Erect steel. Starting scope of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work inside existing building.

Week of March 6 
Underground plumbing ongoing. Prep site for steel delivery 3/8. Strip Formwork at CIPC Wall System. Clean-up and remove all formwork materials from site. Delivery and erection of Steel. 

Week of February 27 
Continue waterproofing and backfilling as weather permits. Remove existing duckbank. Excavate/backfill for interior plumbing. Prep site for steel delivery. Underground plumbing at basement for sewer and ground water. Complete placement of DOKA Arch walls. Finish placement of footing and foundation wall.
 
Week of February 20
Continue backfilling foundation walls and waterproofing as weather permits. Excavate/backfill for interior plumbing. Prep site for steel delivery. Underground plumbing at basement for sewer and ground water. Complete placement of DOKA Arch walls.

Week of February 13
Continue waterproofing as walls become available. Site utility work ongoing. Begin underground plumbing for tanks. DOKA Paneling installation ongoing.

Week of February 6
Continue waterproofing and backfilling foundation walls. Underground utility work ongoing. Install sewer ejector tank and storm water tank. Finish upper foundation walls. DOKA Paneling installation ongoing. Prepare and coordinate electrical for shut down. 

Week of January 30
Continue waterproofing and backfilling foundation walls. Install temp feeders. Start upper footing. Install permanent T-former. Install new conduits for redesign of electrical. Excavate for upper footing

Week of January 23
Backfill basement foundations as they are ready. Excavate upper foundation. Formwork ongoing with basement walls. Waterproofing basement walls as available. Start upper footing. 

Weeks of January 16 & January 23:
Begin to backfill basement foundation when ready. Start to excavate upper foundation. Formwork ongoing with basement walls. Start upper footing. Start waterproofing as walls become available. 

Weeks of January 9-16:
Begin to backfill basement foundation when ready. Start to excavate upper foundation. Formwork ongoing with basement walls and knee walls. Install new conduits for redesign of electrical once approved. Start waterproofing as walls become available.

Week of December 26:
Utility work ongoing. Pour foundation.

Week of December 19:
Excavate for the primary ductbank to the existing pole. Install ground water and sewer ejector tank. Utility work ongoing. Layout foundation and forms. Install forms and place footings. Pour foundation. Cut in door in the existing for new mechanical room.

Week of December 12
Hammer ledge/rock. Removal of all rock/material piles off site. Input stone at bottom of footing grade. Begin to install forms and place footings. Electric: Start to run primary conduits off pole.

Week of December 5
Continue to hammer ledge and remove rock/dirt. Removal of all stone/dirt piles off site. Lay 6" crushed stone over ledge. Layout forms and prepare for footings.
Electric: Start primary run to pole from transformer location.

Week of November 21
Continue to remove the ledge in preparation for the foundation.

Week of November 14
Start machine jack hammering of ledge.

Week of October 31

Install new entry and exit ways in parking lot. Mobilize shoring equipment to jobsite.
Begin to drill for tube steel, and install wood shoring in prep for foundations. Start dewatering program. Electrical: Ongoing with existing electric room tracing of circuits.

Week of October 24
Begin set up of equipment and begin drilling for column tube supports. Finish site lighting conduit. Continue investigative work in the existing School out of main electric room.

Saturday, October 22
Mobilize shoring equipment to site.

Week of October 17

Install electrical conduit, backfill trenches, and start placing gravel. Start fine grade, possibly begin to pave by end of week.

Week of October 12
Install new underground electric conduit and light pole bases and all conduit for new lights in parking lot. 

Week of October 3
Continue with excavation and installation of drainage system for new parking lot. Begin installation of new curb cuts. Continue drainage at new, extended parking area.

Week of September 26
Begin excavation and installation of drainage system for new parking lot. Remove parking lot fence and store for subsequent use. Loam removal to be taken off site.

Week of September 19 
Bowdoin Construction will continue their mobilization efforts, delivering construction equipment and an on-site trailer. Trees will be trimmed and/or removed in preparation for the new parking lot.
 
Week of September 12 
Bowdoin Construction will begin mobilizing this week. A site trailer will be placed in the parking lot. Temporary construction fences will be placed to ensure safety. Preparation of the parking lot site will begin.
  
Week of September 5
Newton Engineering Department received Brimmer's site drawings for review. After the city Engineer has approved these drawings, the Zoning Building Inspector will review. The building permit should be in hand in September.
