What's Cooking in the Kitchen?

Head Chef Michael Sconce and his team are creating delicious food in the Brimmer Kitchen for the entire community to enjoy! The meals pictured (with the exception of the salmon) are from this year's Latin America Global Connections series.

Our most recent Global Connections lunch (pictured first) highlighted Columbian cuisine and included Ajiaco (chicken stew) with avocado & corn, rice & black beans, arepas with cheese, & roasted plantains.
