Gators lose on the road at BTA

The Gators went on the road and Loss to a solid Boston Trinity Academy team, 67-55. Gators were sluggish on defense to start the game and put them in a tough position in which they never recovered. 

There were some shining moments especially in the second half.  Strong push by the Gators to bring BTA’s lead down to 8, Unfortunately that was as close as it would get. Captain Alphonse Houndegla ‘21 finished with 24 points and 7 rebounds giving him back to back games of 20+ points. Leo Wen ‘21 with a strong game offensively, helping the team stay competitive with 20 points. His first game of the season with 20+ points.

Next game is this Wednesday at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall with a 5:30 start.
