Gators lose a close opener

Gators had a tough first home game of the season coming up a little short in a 43-40 loss to Gann. The team played hard and competed until the final buzzer. Jonas Peña '24 led the Gators in scoring with 10 points.  Owen Williams '23 was second with 8 points.  Gators held a one point lead at halftime but 12 missed free throws in the second half did them in.
