AP Art Presentations

Our seniors in Brimmer's AP Studio Art and AP Studio Art: 2-D Design Concentration in Photography classes gave video presentations to the community, detailing their sustained investigations and select works from their portfolios. These three-semester long classes prepare students for post-secondary study and require students to create an extensive portfolio of 24 pieces of art, which is digitally submitted to the College Board for Advancement Placement credit during the spring of their 12th grade year.On Wednesday, our seniors in Brimmer's AP Studio Art and AP Studio Art: 2-D Design Concentration in Photography classes gave video presentations to the community, detailing their sustained investigation and select works from their portfolios. These three-semester long classes prepare students for post-secondary study and require students to create an extensive portfolio of 24 pieces of art, which is digitally submitted to the College Board for Advancement Placement credit during the spring of their 12th grade year. In a challenging year of hybrid and remote learning, the extra effort to complete the artwork portfolios through zoom conferences for feedback and technical advice and is truly worth celebrating!
