Gators lose a close game

The Gators played a great game against Carroll School yesterday. It was an evenly matched game but they ended up losing in the last few seconds when Carroll scored off of a direct kick. The final score was 2-1. Gators goal was scored by 6th grader Daphne Ghosh and was assisted by 7th grader Hadley Reardon. The team worked hard both offensively and defensively. 8th grader, Lumi Korsisaari-Rossi tirelessly controlled the midfield. Maliyah Pierre was a strong presence both as a striker and on defense. The team had a lot of great shots on net. A lot of the Gators tried new positions and continued to challenge themselves on the field. It was a well played game by all.
