Gators pick up their first victory

 Gators had a stellar week! To start they earned their first win of the season! In past meets Brimmer and May did not have enough girl runners to earn a team score (5 or more athletes) due to injury. Chloe Scolnick finished first overall with a time of 24:51, followed by Talia Hammer (25:48), and Leah Bell (26:18). Newman runners finished in 4th and 5th however Sophia Spring and Diana Zhang finished right behind them at 6th & 7th! This was also Diana’s first race of the season.   additionally, every Gator that ran at Larz Anderson Park two weeks ago significantly lowered their times.
