Gators With a Shut Out Victory

Gators played against NCDS at home and won with a final score 6-0. Gators played smart defense and worked hard to play controlled soccer. Many of the new Gators bravely played different positions for the first time. Catherine Knox, Oona Korsisaari-Rossi, Ruby Bearak, Skylar Bernon, and Abigail MacLean stepped out of their comfort zone to try new positions and performed well. Goals were scored by Lucy Shimomura, Maya Thompson, Lumi Korsisaari-Rossi, and a hat trick by Hadley Reardon. Mimi Manigat and Hadley tended goal for the Gators. It was a beautiful day for soccer. Gators were thankful for all the support and spirit from their fellow teammates on Team 2, Brimmer staff, students, parents and grandparents who came out to cheer them on!
