Lower School Playhouse

A new playhouse was constructed on the Mugar Family Playground & Outdoor Learning Space, and students are loving it! Head of Lower School Emily Miller says, "Our oldest students seem to enjoy it just as much as the littlest ones. The playground has been a source of endless joy since it was first constructed last summer, and while I didn’t think it was possible, it just keeps getting better and better. The giant Blue Blocks that we received last spring quickly made their way across the playground to construct furniture and an entryway for the new structure. Students’ design and engineering skills are finding a real-life application."

A special thank you to Manager of Operations and Facilities Tom Bray and Buildings and Grounds Staff member Tom Schmottlach for constructing the playhouse.
