FourthFest 2022

Fourth graders recently honored the traditions and history of two unique Asian countries—India and Japan—at FourthFest 2022. Each fourth grade student spent two months delving into the culture and history of one of the Asian countries. As they made their journey, these countries came alive. Students discovered the many aspects of each country that are similar as well as their unique differences. Our fourth graders did a fabulous job sharing their knowledge with each other and the entire Lower School Community!

Head of Lower School Emily Miller said, "This year’s FourthFest was outstanding! It was such a joyful return to a much-anticipated Exhibition of Knowledge. While slightly modified from past years, it was every bit as informative, fun, and hands-on. Students’ interactive pieces highlighted their creative thinking, individual preferences, and deep knowledge of the topic they studied. Their ability to share what they had learned with an authentic audience was stellar and made for an exciting Friday."
