PK Food Truck Festival
The central question that frames our Pre-Kindergarten students’ learning goals throughout the year is “What is my role in my community?” Their unit on transportation allows them to explore many different forms of transportation and learn about its role in connecting people and communities. The Food Truck Festival is an interdisciplinary collaboration between art, drama, and music classes that gives students a chance to bring their own food truck, full of their favorite treats, to life. Our PK students were thrilled to have their friends, family, and 5th grade buddies stop by to celebrate their hard work!
