Game Cubes: Cubing Camp

Game Cubes: Cubing Camp

Have you ever wanted to learn how to solve a Rubik’s Cube but never thought it possible? What about other game cubes? Game cubes come in various shapes and levels of difficulty. Welcome to Cubing Camp where you can learn how to solve a cube and do it quickly. At the end of the week, campers will participate in a speed cubing tournament at camp. Feel free to bring your own unsolved (or solved) cube, but no equipment is needed. We will provide enough cubes for everyone.

We will take a field trip to the MIT Museum for problem solving inspiration.
Beyond cubing challenges, we’ll be in the Brimmer Maker Space designing t-shirts, making laser cut wooden cube cases and wooden cube tournament awards.

Who: Campers entering grades 5 – 8
When: June 26 – 30; 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
