    Bio
     
    Sue joined the Brimmer community in 2018 as Director of Marketing & Communications bringing with her decades of experience working with organizations of all sizes to craft strategic marketing campaigns and create brand experiences. After attending Colby College and Clark University’s Graduate School of Management, Sue began her career as a management consultant before moving in-house to Primary Source, a nonprofit committed to educating global citizens, and KnowledgeLink, ainternational organization committed to ensuring access to educational opportunity around the world. Drawn to Brimmer’s global focus and dedicated faculty and staff, Sue is thrilled to be a member of such a strong and supportive community.  
     
    Sue sits on the Board of the Alray Scholars Program, a scholarship and mentoring program that helps Boston students return to college to earn their degree. In her spare time, she enjoys running, swimming, reading, travelling, and family time.

    Lauren considers herself fortunate to have worked at Brimmer in many roles since she joined the Brimmer team in 2000. During her time at Brimmer she has served as a Website Manager, Communications Associate, Yearbook Teacher, Academic Advisor, and College Counseling Assistant, as well as handled accounts payable and receivable and coached soccer and lacrosse.

    Lauren loves working at Brimmer because of its warm community feel. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, reading, cooking, exercising, hiking, and skiing.

    Bio
     
    Caitlin Johnson, born and raised in central Massachusetts, has been a theatre lover and maker for most of her life. She began her journey into theatre as a young student and followed the path which led her to a love of teaching. She holds a strong belief that theatre has the power to make someone a more empathetic and understanding person.
     
    Caitlin is a knowledgeable theatre artist, passionate about education, directing, and technical design. She has vast experience working with a variety of after-school programs throughout Massachusetts. She has worked as a head counselor at a summer theatre program for 6 years, teaching students ranging from 9-18 years old. Over the past 2 years, Caitlin has worked in the after-school drama program at Brimmer and May in both the Middle and Upper Schools. She has worked as a hair and makeup artist, costume design assistant, and recently assistant directed their production of Matilda Jr.
     
    Caitlin greatly admires the tight-knit community at Brimmer and has grown to love the welcoming environment it offers. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to teach at Brimmer and get to share her passion for the arts. She has always loved reading and writing and is enthusiastic about co-teaching 6th-grade English this fall with Carl Vallely. She believes that learning never stops, and is excited to grow alongside her future students.
     
    Caitlin is a recent graduate of Emerson College, majoring in Theatre Education with a concentration in Costume Design. She completed her student teaching at Framingham High School where she taught a variety of classes, including Honors Acting and Intro to Musical Theatre. She hopes to get a Masters's Degree in the future to continue her education in order to become the best teacher and artist she can be.

    Bio
     
    Madison Perkins received her BFA from Lesley University in 2021 and has since worked in Advertising and Independent Film. Some of the projects she’s most proud of are The Google Pixel 6 Digital Video Campaign and the films she’s worked on as an Assistant or Producer including Life After You (2020), A Stage of Twilight (2022), and Crybaby Bridge (2024). 
    Having spent over a decade in the world of performing arts, Madison has worked closely with students as a Dance and Drama Teacher at camps and after-school programs. It’s her experience working with students in a creative and collaborative capacity that drove her to Brimmer and May. Working as a Producer and Media Manager in independent film is how Madison discovered her love for marketing and communications, especially across digital and social media channels. She’s passionate about telling stories that inspire others and aims to infuse her love of storytelling into the school’s marketing landscape.
    She plans on returning to school for her Master’s Degree to continue her education in Marketing. In her free time, Madison loves to read, write, watch movies, and when the weather is nice, spend time on the lake.
