Ceora Jaffe, flute

Ceora is a flautist and teacher living in Arlington, MA. She received her masters and bachelors degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music where she studied with Joshua Smith.
Ceora is a flautist and teacher living in Arlington, MA. She received her masters and bachelors degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music where she studied with Joshua Smith. She has attended the Kent/Blossom Professional Training program, the Eastern Music Festival and the Domaine Forget Academy of Music and dance.
 
She served as the principal flute of the Berkshire Symphony for 2 seasons. As a performer and freelance musician she has also performed with the Albany Symphony,  Springfield Symphony, New Hampshire Symphony and,Green Mountain Opera among others.  She has also been featured as a soloist in the Summer Music from Greensboro series. 
 
Ceora has been teaching for over a ten years and is committed to educating young flautists. In addition to teaching at Brimmer and May she has taught for the Wayland Base Program in Wayland Mass, Stokes Forrest Music Camp and the private lesson program in Weston, MA.
