Brimmer vs. Nobles

The third game of the tournament for the Gators matched them up against local opponent Nobles and Greenough. The Gators were hoping to use their considerable height and length to keep their opponent off the boards while feeding the ball into the post offensively to 6' 10'' senior center, Mark Gasperini and 6' 9'' senior Isaiah Fontaine. The Gators found themselves in another dogfight. They failed to get out in transition for lay-ups. The majority of their points came in half court sets from the perimeter from AJ Reeves and Adam Mikula. Gasperini pitched in 13 points and 10 rebounds but ultimately it wasn’t enough to hold off Nobles.
