Criminal Law Class Speaker

Justice Michael Brennan of the Massachusetts District Court recently spoke with students in Cassie Abodeely's Criminal Law Class. Judge Brennan's career spans 25 years and included experience as both a prosecutor in Middlesex County and as a defense attorney in private practice prior to his appointment to the bench. The students were fascinated by his anecdotes and depth of knowledge, particularly in his measured and thoroughly considered decisions regarding sentencing and punishment. The class looks forward to following up with Judge Brennan in January, when they visit his courtroom in Taunton. Thank you to the Hastings family for facilitating His Honor's visit.
