Why I coach: “I coach because my passion for play turned into a passion to teach about play. I love to watch my players and students challenge themselves, build resiliency from adversity, tap into their full potential, and grow into well-rounded athletes and teammates. I also love that my players challenge me, too. The inherently symbiotic nature of developing players and a team creates camaraderie and relationships that are unparalleled. Playing sports has allowed me to build the mental fortitude, passion, and perseverance that I hope to develop in my own players when I coach.”
