Public Transportation Information

The Chestnut Hill stop on the MBTA Green Line ("D") is a very short walk to Brimmer. The footpath beginning on the inbound side of the tracks leads to Middlesex Road. Turn left and walk down Middlesex Road to the first stoplight. Brimmer is located on both sides of the street.

Brimmer Bus Program Information

Brimmer offers fee-based contract bus services* based in three geographic locations.
 
WEST BUS — Wellesley/Weston/Newton (morning only)
Stops in Wellesley Square, Wellesley Hills, Newton St. and Rt. 30, Commonwealth and Day, Chestnut and Fuller, Beacon and Walnut, and Hammond and Tudor. Cost: Weston $1,250; Newton $800. 

BOSTON BUS — Beacon Hill and the South End (morning and afternoon)
Stops at Huntington and W. Newton, Columbus and W. Canton, Columbus and Clarendon, Park Plaza/Starbucks, Beacon and Charles, Beacon and Fairfield, Beacon and East Charlesgate, and Beacon and Powell/Kent. Cost: one way $1,250; both ways $2,500.

PARKWAY/JP BUS — West Roxbury/Roslindale/Jamaica Plain (morning only)
Stops at Lagrange and Centre, Corey and Centre, Holy Name and Centre, South and Walter, Washington and Basile, Washington and Archdale, Washington and Ukraine, Centre and South St., Centre and So. Hungtington. Cost: $1,250. 

* This fee-based service is provided Monday-Friday in compliance with the Brimmer School calendar.
* On all bus runs (one-way or round trip), the fee for any additional sibling is $500.
