Playing Experience:
Ran club cross country at University of Maine.  Ran track and field at Burlington High school and was captain of Cross Country team.  As captain had to organize out of season workouts.  Prepared practice plans and distances for less experienced runners.

Head Athletic Trainer at Brimmer and May instructed each coach on injury prevention, restorative care, and proper cool down and warm up techniques.  Coaches instructed to refer players to athletic trainer for evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation.
