Congrats to our Head Chef!
Congratulations to Brimmer Head Chef Craig Roman for being selected by his alma mater, Johnson & Wales University, to return to campus for an inaugural program highlighting alumni chefs. He will create a special menu for the day in their dining halls. Roman says, "I want to be true to myself and who I am as a chef and show Johnson & Wales what Brimmer’s food is all about. I am really honored that I was asked to be a part of this amazing opportunity. To have Brimmer also be a part of it is even more special." He polled the Brimmer staff to see which meals have been favorites in order to prepare for this special program.
