FourthFest 2024

Fourth graders recently honored the traditions and history of two unique Asian countries—India and Japan—at FourthFest 2024. Each fourth grade student spent two months delving into the culture and history of one of the Asian countries. As they made their journey, these countries came alive.

Head of Lower School Kimberly Formisano said, "this year’s FourthFest was outstanding! It was informative, fun, and hands-on. Students’ interactive pieces highlighted their creative thinking, individual preferences, and deep knowledge of the Japanese or Indian topic they studied. Their ability to share what they had learned with an audience was stellar and made for an exciting day. All the Lower School students had an opportunity to witness and interact with the hard work of the Fourth Graders, even winning some prizes!"
